課程名稱：歌劇鑑賞 Opera Appreciation
本課程以欣賞影片、音樂為主，輔以歌劇創作背景之解說、演出版本之介紹及樂曲形式之提示及劇情之介紹。在樂曲背景介紹方面，一部份由學生輪流擔任；在樂曲曲風與演出風格之評論則由學生分組討論報告，欣賞方式依歌劇風格與學習目標運用版本比較欣賞法、歌劇選曲欣賞法，並在導演、製作、布景、服裝舞台動作等表演藝術與視覺藝術等附屬藝術之欣賞方面予以重點提示。
This course is featured by the appreciation of videos and movies, and is coupled with the explanation of opera creation background, the introduction of performance versions, the presentation of music form, and the introduction of opera storylines. The introduction of musical background is partly carried out by students; the review of musical and performing styles is made by students in groups through discussions and reports. Based on opera styles and the purpose of learning, the appreciation is performed by comparison among various versions and opera highlight appreciation. The main points of some affiliated arts, such performance and visual arts, are also presented; these arts include direction, production, setting, costume, and stage motion.
