1. Explore the process of co-translational protein folding and the roles of chaperones.
2. The normal function of TDP-43 and its role in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
3. The characterization of the aggregation process of TDP-43 and Huntingtin (Htt) in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Huntington’s disease (HD).
4. The development of therapeutic strategies against neurodegenerative diseases.
