財力證明Financial Statement：新臺幣100,000元以上或美金3,200以上。
A minimum account balance of NTD 100,000 or USD3,200
--由金融機構開具申請者本人之最近3個月財力證明。
An official statement issued within the past 3 months from a banking institution。
--政府、大專校院或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明。
A proof of having a full scholarship or grant provided by a government，university，college， or private organization。
--存款證明非申請人帳戶，需附上資助者之財力保證書。(請參考附件五)
If the financial statement does not bear the name of the applicant，the owner of the financial statement must also provide a sponsor’s financial guarantee and the financial statement must be notarized.( Please refer to Appendix V.)
--若存款證明之幣值非新臺幣或美金，申請生須自行於存款證明上註明匯率，並換算成相當於新臺幣或美金之總額。
If the currency of the proof of deposit is not in NTD or USD, the applicant must indicate the exchange rate on the proof of deposit and convert the total amount into the equivalent in NTD or USD.
