I. The new international postgraduate students:

1. Type A Scholarships: waiver of tuition, and credit fees, as well as a monthly scholarship.
2. Type B Scholarships: a waiver of tuition and credit fees.
3. Prioritization for master’s program Type A Scholarships is as follows:

i. First priority recommendation: For the international degree program, each program may present special recommendations on up to three candidates.
ii. Second priority recommendation: Maximum of two candidates for each college excluding international degree programs.

II. Renewal for the international postgraduate students:

1. The Scholarships are awarded on a year-by-year basis and annual applications are necessary.
2. The maximum term for master’s students 2 years, and for doctoral students 4 years.
3. The international postgraduate students’ scholarship will be transferred directly to a personal post office account after the 15th of every month (It will be implemented for incoming freshmen from the academic year 112). The Scholarship for August awarded to the second-year graduate students will be issued after the 15th of September. For new awardees enrolling in fall and spring semesters, those students will receive the September scholarships after the 15th of October, while February scholarships in the 15th of March respectively.
