Outgoing Exchange Program
NCYU offers overseas exchange opportunities for students to explore the world in higher education. Student mobility helps assure valuable learning experience as well as be completely immersed in a new culture. This will also allow the students to develop international competencies to assist their future employment prospects.
The selection for participation in outgoing student exchange program is carried out in the framework of an open procedure – a competition in accordance with the principles of equality of opportunity and established criteria: academic performance and knowledge of the language of the host university (in case of going abroad).
Application Materials:
1. Application Form
2. Study Plan & CV
3. Official transcript: Bachelor students should have achieved a GPA of 2.44 or above; graduate students should have achieved a GPA of 3.38 or above.
4. Copy of Foreign Proficiency Test: Students should meet the language requirements regulated in the guidelines. All partner universities may have their own additional requirement.
5. Recommendations: Request and academic recommendations (from a professor, instructor, graduate teaching assistant, etc.)
All the applications will be reviewed and approved by both the department of the applicants (fist stage) and NCYU exchange student committee board meeting (final stage). The application must be submitted through NCYU with nomination. Students cannot directly apply to partner universities.
