Graduate students (Master’s and Doctoral programs) shall receive a refund of two-thirds of credit fees, tuition/miscellaneous fee base, and other related fees.

  4. Students who withdraw after one-third but before two-thirds of the semester shall receive a refund of one-third of tuition and miscellaneous fees and other related fees. Graduate students shall receive a refund of one-third of credit fees, tuition/miscellaneous fee base, and other related fees.

  5. Students who withdraw after two-thirds of the semester shall not receive any refund of fees paid.

  6. First-year students and transfer students admitted under the replacement system who withdraw before the final replacement admission deadline shall receive a full refund.

  7. Students who have taken leave of absence in the previous semester and apply for leave of absence again in the following semester are exempt from paying fees.

  8. Refundable items include tuition, miscellaneous fees, tuition/miscellaneous fee base, credit fees, dormitory fees, individual instruction fees, and computer usage fees.

  9. Students who withdraw before the add/drop deadline are exempt from paying credit fees. Those who withdraw after the add/drop deadline must pay the required credit fees before completing withdrawal procedures.

  10. Students who are severely affected by major disasters, as confirmed by the competent educational authority, may apply for refunds with relevant documentation. The University may grant flexible refunds of tuition and related fees on a case-by-case basis, without being subject to the restrictions in Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, and 9.

  11. Matters not covered by these Guidelines shall be handled in accordance with the “Guidelines for Refunds of Students Taking Leave or Withdrawing from Colleges and Universities.”
