(二) 護照(有效期間之護照)。
Valid Passport.
(三) 最高學歷畢業證書(或同等學力證明文件)：經我國駐外機構、行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證之外國學校最高學歷畢業證書（中、英文以外之語文，應另檢附經驗證之中文或英文譯本）。
The highest-level academic certificate or equivalent academic qualifications issued by an overseas academic institution. These documents must be authenticated by an overseas mission, or verified by an institute established or appointed by, or through a private agency commissioned by, the Executive Yuan (a copy of the translation in Chinese or English is necessary if the original diploma is in a language other than Chinese or English).
(1)大陸地區學歷：應依大陸地區學歷採認辦法及教育部大陸地區大學及高等教育機構認可名冊辦理。
Academic credentials from Mainland China: The provisions in Method for Recognition of Mainland China Academic Credentials and the Roster of Universities and Higher Education Institutions of Mainland China announced by MOE shall apply.
(2)香港或澳門地區：應依香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法規定辦理。
Academic credentials from Hong Kong or Macau: The Regulations Governing the Examination and Recognition of Educational Records from Hong Kong and Macao shall apply. 
(3)其他地區學歷：
Academic credentials from other areas:
a.海外臺灣學校及大陸地區臺商學校之學歷同我國同級學校學歷。
The academic credential from an overseas Taiwanese school or a school in Mainland China for Taiwanese merchants shall be regarded as the same as that from a domestic school of an equivalent level. b.前二目以外之國外地區學歷，應依大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法規定辦理。但設校或分校於大陸地區之外國學校學歷，應經大陸地區公證處公證，並經行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證。 Foreign academic credentials from schools other than the two areas referred to in the preceding paragraphs shall be processed in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Records by Institutions of Higher Education. However, if the academic credential is issued by a foreign school established or with a branch established in Mainland China, the academic credential shall be notarized by a notary public in Mainland China and authenticated by an institute established or appointed by or a civil group commissioned by the Executive Yuan. 
(四).最高學歷歷年成績單: 成績單(中文或英文)須有在校每學期修讀課程成績，並附上 成績評分標準對照表。如成績單為中、英文以外之語文，除須提供原文正本，另須檢附正式翻譯之中文或英文譯本。
Your official transcript(s) should include grades for every semester. If it is not in Chinese or in English, it should be accompanied by an official English or Chinese translated version. In addition,the grading system must also be included.
(五) 推薦信兩封。
Two Recommendation letters.
(六) 自傳及學習計畫。
Autobiography and Study plan.
以中文或英文撰述，內容格式不拘，若申請多個系所班（組）者，內容建議以適用於多個系所班（組）為原則。請先以文書處理軟體（如WORD）編輯後再轉成PDF檔。
It can be written in Chinese or English without specific requirements for contents or formats. If you apply for several department programs (sections), it is suggested that the content is applicable to multiple department programs (sections). Please edit it with word processing software (such as WORD) and then convert it to PDF format.
(七) 財力證明Financial Statement:新臺幣100,000元以上或美金3,200以上。
A minimum account balance of NTD 100,000 or USD3,200.
(八) 語言能力證明。
Language Proficiency.
(九)各系所規定應另繳交之資料(依據各系及學程規定辦理，詳情請見招生系所一覽表)

R.O.C (Taiwan) Alien Resident Certificate is required if available.
(十二)碩士論文(申請就讀博士班者，可檢附碩士學位論文一份，如論文係用外國文字撰寫者 ，另檢附中文或英文摘要一份。如有，請上傳。)
Master’s thesis (for an application for admission to a doctoral program, the applicant could submit a Master’s thesis if available. If the thesis is written in a foreign language, a summary in Chinese or English is required)
(十三)外國學生申請入學文件驗證切結書。(登入申請入學系統下載並簽名再上傳)
