專業農藝核心課程教學 Professional Agronomy Core Curriculum Teaching 專業農藝課程及師資領航 Professional Agronomy Courses and Faculty Leadership 以農藝作物如五穀雜糧、藥用作物、能源作物、香草、茶、綠肥、飼料及雜草等作為教學與研究的目標作物 Target crops for teaching and research include cereal grains, medicinal plants, energy crops, herbs, tea, green manure, fodder, weeds and miscellaneous crops. 提供核心課程學習,內容涵蓋作物生產、遺傳育種、作物生理、試驗設計與土壤肥料等課程 Core courses cover crop production, genetics and breeding, crop physiology, experimental design, and soil and fertilizer science. 提供農業跨域整合學習學程 Providing integrated cross-disciplinary agricultural learning programs 提供高品質的校外實習場域,確保理論與實務無縫結合 High-quality off-campus internship opportunities ensuring seamless integration of theory and practice 輔導學生取得國家級農藝相關技術證照 Guiding students to obtain national agronomy-related technical certifications 農藝系是培育公職人才的搖籃 The Department of Agronomy is the cradle of public sector professionals
農業創新研發 育成美味飄香耐旱機能水稻新品種-嘉大台南1號(低升糖指數)、2號與3號 Breeding new rice varieties with drought tolerance, good quality and multiple use – NCYU-TN 1 (low glycemic index), NCYU-TN 2 and NCYU-TNW3. 育成高產量且高芝麻素含量的胡麻新品種—嘉大1號與2號Breeding high-yield, high-sesamin sesame varieties – NCYU Chiada No. 1 and No. 2 利用基因組編輯技術將香氣性狀導入水稻栽培種,提升附加價值 Performance of genome editing to introduce aroma trait into current cultivars for increasing additive value in rice 蒐集與開發台灣藥用植物 Collection and development of Taiwanese medicinal plants 研發水稻與雜糧作物的低碳生產技術 Research and development of low-carbon production technology for cereal crops 建立作物碳足跡產品類別規則和盤查技術 Establishing product category rules and carbon footprint monitoring technologies for crops 研發水稻與雜糧作物的數位育種技術 Developing digital breeding technologies for crops 建立雜糧作物有機栽培技術 Establishing organic cultivation techniques for crops 農藝國際化發展 International Development of Agronomy 師生前往日本名古屋大學、香川大學及泰國清邁大學進行短期研修、學術交流或海外實習 Facilitating short-term training, academic exchanges, and overseas internships with Nagoya University, Kagawa University in Japan, and Chiang Mai University in Thailand |
