Chiayi University NITORI International Scholarship Application Methods
Application targets and quota : Five national sophomores to juniors and first-year master’s students in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature of the University (excluding in-service special courses); but those who plan to go abroad for exchange or training Those who have been for more than 1 month are not allowed to apply.
Application qualifications : academic performance of the current school year is 80 points (inclusive) or above, conduct score is 85 points (inclusive) or above, actively participate in social contribution and are willing to promote international friendship and goodwill as the goal, and have international qualifications Applicants must be students of their own nationality who have good communication skills (Japanese will be given priority) (excluding those in professional classes or those with full-time income) and recommended by their instructors.
Scholarship amount : Each student will be awarded NT$100,000.
Application documents will be issued in two stages :
(1) Application form
(2) Certificate of
(3) Original transcript of the current academic year (including ranking)
(4) Others that will help with the review document. (For example: Japanese language test pass letter, Japanese language course certificate, Japanese language course related reports, proof of economic disadvantage, participation in international exchange activities, such as international volunteer service, international professional competitions, or other foreign language proficiency certificates... etc.)
Remarks : Items (1), (2) and (3) are required documents. (4) If not available, they are exempted.
