Submission of Documents and Guidelines for "Industry Internship" in the Foreign Language Department

The internship institutions for the "Industry Internship" course in the 109-1 semester have been reviewed and approved on June 17, 2020. Students must have their internship institutions reviewed and approved by their internship advisor before engaging in internships lasting 72 hours or more, starting from August 1, 2020.

If the enrollment for this course is still less than 10 students after the add/drop period in September, the industry internships conducted during the summer vacation of August-September 2020 will not be counted.

Before the Formal Internship, Individuals Must Submit:

  1. Internship Information File
  2. Industry Internship Plan
  3. List of Industry Internship Units (for group interns only)
  4. Contract (individual or group, two copies)
  5. Parental Consent Form
  6. Information about the Internship Institution (including photos)

For those intending to intern in August-September:

Before the internship, all the aforementioned documents must be completed and submitted to the internship advisor for signature, then submitted to the department office for official stamping.

For those intending to intern during the semester:

Before the start of school in September, students must obtain approval and signature from the internship advisor, and complete the above documents, which should be submitted to the department office for official stamping.

Please ensure that the format of each form remains intact.

During the Internship, Pay Attention To:

  1. It is advisable to have personal accident insurance during the internship.
  2. It is recommended to take internship photos for documentation.
  3. The internship advisor may visit the internship site.

After the Internship, Completion of:

  1. Internship Report (format determined by the internship advisor)
  2. Internship Evaluation Forms (to be submitted to the department office)
    • (1) Evaluation Form for Foreign Language Department Industry Internship (for use by the advisor)
    • (2) Evaluation Form for Foreign Language Department Industry Internship (for use by the internship institution)
  3. Internship Satisfaction Survey (to be submitted to the department office)
    • (1) Satisfaction Survey for External Internship Partner Institutions
    • (2) Satisfaction Survey for Interns Regarding External Internship Partner Institutions
