1). To enhance the nurturing of special education teachers at the elementary level.
2). To establish the research atmosphere by establishing research groups on topics for children with different special needs.
3). To enhance the teaching quality for our faculty by establishing teaching evaluation system.
4). To enrich the collections of books, articles and magazines and enlarge the collections of software and hardware in our study room.
5). To enhance the quality of our professional groups through continuing to hire outstanding professors.
6). To establish master program for teachers in the field of special education fields or related fields.
7). To establish master program for those on-the-job teachers and  start to establish doctoral program on special education to cultivate professionals  experts.
8). To lobby for establishing Building for Hearing Impaired Education or Building for Special Education to become the center of research, introduction and development for special education.
9). To enhance the communications and cooperations between institutions and our school among UnChaNa areas (which refers to Chiayi-Yulin areas) through establishing the cooperations and partnerhships between institutions and our school to fulfill the theory and practice for our students.
10). To enhance the exchange of professional visions in Taiwan through establishing partnerships by sharing resources to develop shared visions in both educations for the disabled and gifted to enrich the professional knowledge for our students .
