1. Application Period: From now until Friday, September 26, 5:00 p.m.
2. Required Documents: Application form, autobiography, transcripts from the most recent two academic years (not required for new students), and a recent half-length photo (may be printed from an electronic file).
3. The application form must be typed on a computer, except for the recommendation letter and the applicant’s signature.
4. All application documents must not be stapled, and no supplementary documents will be accepted after submission.
5. Award recipients will receive a certificate and a scholarship of NT$50,000 (distributed in two installments of NT$25,000 each, one per semester). Recipients must personally attend a Rotary Club meeting to accept the award and present a report on their academic progress. Failure to attend will be considered as forfeiting the scholarship.
6. Applicants who pass the document review will be individually notified for an interview. Those not selected will not be notified.
7. This scholarship is non-exclusive. Applicants may also apply for and receive scholarships from other organizations.
