Financial statement
- A minimum balance of NT$ 100,000 or US$3,200 (An official statement issued within the past 3 months from a banking institution).
- A proof of having a full scholarship or grant provided by a government，university，college，or private organization.
- If the financial statement does not bear the name of the applicant ，the owner of the financial statement must also provide a sponsor’s financial guarantee and the financial statement must be notarized.
- If the currency of the proof of deposit is not in New Taiwan Dollars, the applicant must indicate the exchange rate on the proof of deposit and convert the total amount into the equivalent in New Taiwan Dollars or US Dollars.
