4. Proof of Language Proficiency

Language Proficiency
  1. Students who come from non-native Chinsese-speaking countries are required to provide Chinese proficiency certification at TOCFL A2(Included) above or the international official certification of equal ability; Students who come from native Chinese-speaking countries, taught by or majored in Chinese in their previous degree, are required to provide related official certification.
  2. Students who come from non-native English-speaking countries are required to provide English proficiency certification at CEFR B1(Included) above.
  3. Students who come from native English-speaking countries don't need to provide the certification.
  4. Students who got the previous degree at English-speaking countries or studied full English course for previous degree in Taiwan are required to provide related official certification.
  5. The definition of English-speaking countries are the United States, United Kingdom, Australia ,New Zealand, Canada and South Africa and so on.(Specific requirements of each department/graduate institute can be found at List of Departments / Graduate Institutes Accepting Enrollment).
