2014成立之「笑瞇谜懸絲偶劇團」，成員多是糖廠的退休員工及家屬，從60至88歲，年齡最長2位88歲，平均年齡75歲，團員中已經有10人考上街頭藝人的證照，指導老師為六腳鄉著名懸絲偶藝師黃憲章，團長黃江正同時也是嘉義縣六腳鄉工廠村的村長。劇團成員們自發學習懸絲偶技巧，並以糖廠發生的趣事、舊有的習俗製成偶劇演出，營造社區特色。
蒜頭糖廠為國內現存糖廠中唯一設有媽祖廟者，由於本地流傳媽祖收伏黑狗精故事，因此劇團的第一齣戲碼，便是以在地故事為本的「媽祖收妖」，之後又編寫了「廟口風情」、「素蘭出嫁」等兩齣戲碼，呈現了濃濃的鄉土文化。
Xiaomimi String Puppet Theater Troupe
Founded in 2014, the Sweet Smiles Marionette Troupe is made up mostly of retired sugar factory employees and their family members, aged between 60 and 88. Two members are 88 years old, and the troupe has an average age of 75. Ten members have already earned licenses as certified street performers.
The troupe is guided by Huang Xian-zhang, a renowned marionette master from Liujiao Township, and led by Huang Jiang-zheng, who also serves as the village head of Factory Village in Liujiao Township, Chiayi County.Driven by passion, members voluntarily learned string puppet techniques and turned amusing anecdotes from the sugar factory, along with time-honored local customs, into lively puppet performances, which helps to create distinctive community characteristics.
The Suantou Sugar Factory is the only surviving sugar factory in Taiwan with its own Mazu temple. Local legend tells of Mazu subduing a black dog spirit, which inspired the troupe’s first production, Mazu Subdues the Demon. They later created Life at the Temple Square and Su-lan Gets Married, all of which vividly express rich local culture and tradition.
笑瞇瞇懸絲人形劇団（シャオミーミーけんしにんぎょうげきだん）
2014年に結成された「笑瞇瞇糸あやつり人形劇団」は、主に蒜頭製糖工場の退職者やその家族によって構成されています。メンバーの年齢は60歳から88歳まで、最高齢の88歳が2名おり、平均年齢は75歳です。その中で、10名の団員は既にストリートパフォーマーの資格を取得しています。
劇団の指導者は、六脚郷の著名な糸あやつり人形芸師・黄憲章（ホアン・シエンジャン）氏で、団長は同じく六脚郷工場村の村長である黄江正（ホアン・ジャンヂェン）氏が務めています。団員たちは自主的に糸人形の技術を学んだ上、製糖工場での面白い出来事や昔ながらの風習を題材にした人形劇を上演し、地域に根ざした文化的特色を築いています。
蒜頭製糖工場が台湾国内で媽祖廟（まそびょう）を有する唯一の製糖工場であり、地元に伝わる「媽祖が黒狗精（黒犬の妖怪）を退治する」物語を元に、劇団は第一作目である『媽祖收妖（媽祖が妖怪を退治する）』を上演しました。その後も『廟口風情』や『素蘭出嫁』など、郷土色豊かな作品を制作し、地域文化の継承に大きく貢献しています。
