日式宿舍群

    充滿歷史及懷舊感的日式宿舍群為台糖舊有的宿舍，位於蒜頭糖廠內部，原為日治時明治製糖株式會社蒜頭工場於1906年設立後所形成的聚落。性質為糖廠員工宿舍，分為日人區和台人區，依員工階級分成獨棟住宅及雙拼住宅，其空間主要區分為居室空間、服務空間及通行空間，使用面積亦依階級而有不同。
    現因其充滿歷史及懷舊感的日式宿舍群，是熱門的拍攝景點，2015年播出的「一把青」，2017年播出的「五味八珍的歲月」，2019年播出的「天之蕉子」等電視劇都曾在此處取景。


Japanese-Style Dormitory Cluster

    Rich in history and nostalgia, the Japanese-style dormitory cluster inside Suantou Sugar Factory once served as staff housing for the Taiwan Sugar Corporation. It began as a settlement after the Meiji Sugar Manufacturing Co., Ltd. established the Suantou Plant in 1906 during the Japanese colonial period. The dormitories were divided into Japanese and Taiwanese residential sections, with housing types reflecting employee rank — either single-family homes or semi-detached houses.
    Each residence included living areas, service areas, and access corridors, with usable floor space varying by rank.
Thanks to its historical and nostalgic atmosphere, the dormitory cluster has become a popular filming location. TV dramas such as A Touch of Green (2015), What She Puts on the Table (2017), and The Love Story in Banana Orchard (2019) were all filmed here.


日本式宿舎群

    蒜頭製糖工場内にある歴史とノスタルジーを感じる日本式宿舎群は、1906年に明治製糖株式会社の蒜頭工場の設立とともに形成された従業員の集落です。宿舎は日本人区と台湾人区に分かれ、職階に応じて一戸建て住宅と長屋型住宅に分類されました。空間構成は主に居室空間、サービスルーム、通路で構成され、使用面積も職階に応じて異なっていました。

    この宿舎群は、歴史的価値と懐かしさを覚えることが特徴で、今人気のロケ地となっています。2015年放送されたテレビドラマ『一把青』、2017年の『五味八珍的歲月』、2019年の『天之蕉子』などがこの地で撮影されていました。
