National Chiayi University

The department locates both on Ming-Xion and Lin-Sen campus. In addition to general education and administration resources, the department possesses Family Education Research Center, Family and Community Counseling Center, and Assessment & Survey Center, along with art therapy room, group counseling room, play therapy room, individual counseling room, family counseling room and dissertation collection room for research and practice.

The university library accumulates more than 65 thousand books and about 480 journals related to family studies, three thousand of which are stored in Family Education Resources Room inside the library on Lin-Sen campus, including tapes, videotapes, microfiche, and books published by governments or social welfare organizations. In addition, the library collects about 89 thousand professional books about counseling, 194 kinds of publications, 90 kinds of assessment, and 50 sets of videotapes and DVDs on counseling and theraphy.
