If the lights are not on after inserting coins, do not continue inserting coins.
Check if the coin machine screen and numbers are lit up properly.
If the lights are still not on, take photos as evidence and report the problem to the PEO.
When reporting, please provide the following information:
- Campus, court, and session.
- Whether the coin machine screen is lit up.
- Whether the time is running properly after inserting coins.
- Amount inserted.
