During her 14 years in Italy, she collaborated with music groups from all over the world, performing at the Verona SS.Trinita Opera House as Angelica in Puccini's opera "Suor Angelica," Mimi in "La Bohème," and winning the first prize in the annual solo/singing competition in Verona, performing Richard Strauss's "Four Last Songs" at the Verona Filarmonico Opera House. She also performed Mozart's "Requiem" at the "San Fermo" Cathedral in Verona with the I VIRTUORI ITALIANI string orchestra, and participated in the "Love Music Concert" at the Poznań Opera House.
After coming back to Taiwan, she performed Puccini's "Suor Angelica" with the NSO National Symphony Orchestra at the National Theater, and Wagner's "Parsifal" at the National Concert Hall in Taiwan. She also performed the chamber opera "Chang Hen Ge," the "Mad Opera" series by Jiao Yuanpu, and Mozart's "Coronation Mass" at the Weiwuying Concert Hall.
Chiu-Wen was the faculty member at National Taipei University of Education, National Tsing-Hua University, National Taichung University of Education. She currently serves as an assistant professor at the Department of Music at National Chiayi University and is a member of the Republic of China Vocalist Association.
