Foreign students are welcome to submit their applications to graduate programs. Admissions are accepted in fall semesters only. The deadline for application is March 31.The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited university or college. The applicant is expected to have a reasonable command of Chinese and/or English.
