II. Donation Methods and Procedures
(1) Donation Methods
- Cash: Bring the donation form and cash to the Cashier's Office in the General Affairs Office (Administrative Building 4F) during office hours.
- Bank Transfer:
- Online Donation Form: After filling it out, print the form which includes the university’s bank account details. Send the remittance proof via fax, email, or to the online customer service of the Alumni Services Unit.
- Paper Donation Form: The form includes the university’s bank account details. Send the remittance proof via fax, email, or to the online customer service of the Alumni Center.

- Check: Make the check payable to "National Chiayi University" or "National Chiayi University". Mail the check along with the donation form to the Alumni Services Unit.

- Online Donation Form: Complete the form and proceed with online payment.
- Paper Donation Form: Download and fill out Attachment 1, then send it via fax or mail to the Alumni Services Unit.
