About General Affairs Division of Minhsiung Campus
The General Affairs Division at the Minhsiung Campus is responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including document delivery, mail reception and dispatch, meeting venue arrangement and management, guesthouse usage and cleanliness management, venue rentals, university hall management, various general affairs, procurement and acceptance of purchases under 100,000 NT dollars, public space cleaning and repair management, disposal and recycling of scrapped property, resource recycling, telephone switchboard operations and monthly telephone bill statistics, academic gown rental, cleaning, and storage, campus environment beautification and greenery, management of janitorial staff, water and electricity maintenance, assisting security officers in maintaining campus safety, supporting the maintenance and repair needs of various units, and other general affairs tasks, as well as assisting with resource recycling and other environmental safety tasks.
