Program Direction and Curriculum focus

  ◆  Utilizing resources to achieve optimal synergy: This course, which is based on the idea of resource integration, brings together professors from different departments on campus to optimize the advantages of integration, places a strong emphasis on developing professional management skills for curriculum development, and offers the best hardware and software environment possible to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

  ◆  Nurturing Professional Management Talents: The purpose of this class is to cultivate high-level management talents for the industry. In terms of professional development and curriculum design, it emphasizes the cultivation of the professional ability of the Five Basic Principle of Management, and it is especially designed to improve learners’ management ability.

  ◆  Emphasizing the Integration of theory and practice: The instructors selected for this course have a strong emphasis on business management theory and practice in addition to their academic backgrounds, allowing them to delve deeply into the issues that businesses face.

  ◆  Focusing on collaborative teamwork: All of the graduate students in this program are middle- and high-level corporate executives who have already made notable contributions to their respective professions. They can learn more about other industries by observing and exchanging with others in other businesses.

Curriculum Description

45 credits are the bare minimum needed to graduate. In order to establish a foundation in management theory, students must complete a core curriculum consisting of the "Five Basic Principle of Management" and the "Methodology Course." After that, they can select professional electives based on their own interests or professional requirements. While the latter offers managers of corporate back-office support departments with the breadth of the interdepartmental professional field, the former highlights the depth of the area. Before attending the "Professional Practice Report and Thesis Presentation Seminar," which will feature a presentation of the practical case study or thesis research that builds the logic and analytical ability to solve business problems, it is required to submit the professional practice report or thesis proposal for this class for review and approval.

Program Duration

This program is designed to last for three semesters a year (including summer courses), and it is estimated that students will complete the program and obtain the Master of Management degree in about two years.
