- The facility is closed on national holidays, consecutive holidays (as announced by the Government Employee Administration), and under special circumstances.
- Please take the initiative to show your ID when purchasing tickets. All IDs can only be used by yourself.
- Free admission is provided for one person with a disability and their necessary companion (with full legal capacity as stipulated in civil laws). Disability certificate (handbook) is required.
- Children under 120 cm must be accompanied by a parent (with ID) to enter the swimming pool and be under their supervision.
- Swimmers arriving by vehicle must first renew their parking pass at the Sinming Campus Gate Security Office. When purchasing a swimming ticket, please ask the staff to stamp the "Vehicle Entry and Exit Visa Form" with the Sinming Campus swimming pool stamp. Campus parking fees will be waived upon departure.
- Ticket sales end at 19:00.
